Sunset, beach, sand, Sheboygan Wisconsin Wedding? All of these things are not normally together. This shot was at Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, WI right off of the shore of Lake Michigan. This sunset shot was taken just after diner, while we had a more relaxed time to work the scene. One of the most spectacular things about this resort is that they had condos for rent to get ready in, which gave us beach access and a large area for people to get ready in. The couple said their I do’s on the beach overlooking an endless body of water making it seam like they were in a exotic location, and yet they never left the country. Waves crashed over rocks and the Harbor area as we walked down the harbor to get some photos in between ceremony and reception. Continuing on to the reception I found it very sweet that the purpose of each of the two to be so sweet. They wanted to honor God in all they did, both in their lifestyle and in their big day.
I would highly recommend Blue harbor for a mini-cation, full vacation or wedding. They have plenty of dining space, patios for you and a loved one, and even a indoor water park. Its a very sweet location with lots of opportunity for fun, relaxation, or family time not too far from Chicago, Milwaukee or even Madison.
