Minneapolis Wedding Photography Reception

This Minneapolis wedding was such a day full of fun! I shot these over in Minneapolis area from the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Eden Praire, MN, driving in the limo from the rose gardens finally stopping at the city center in Eden Praire, where I shot this photo. I really liked the pep everyone had in their step. The groomsman especially were ones to be first on the dance floor. The venue also had blue up-lighting and the dj’s had separate colored LED lights that were fun to work with. I really appreciate when venues take thought about lighting. Between that and the “Christmas” lights and big bulb lights hanging around the reception area it gave us options to get a really great bokeh from the distant lights in the background. I cant wait until I am able to shoot another wedding in the Minneapolis area. I have been trying to do some marketing in the area because it is one of the bigger cities around the Midwest. Enjoy!
