Winter Wedding Snow Photos {Wisconsin Wedding Photographer}

Anybody else like winter wedding snow photos?  This back-lite shot was a great finale to the year.  I shot this a few years back in my final wedding of the year.  For this effect I chose to have snow be thrown in the air by the groomsman while I had my assistant hold a flash to back-light the subjects.  It truly gave a dreamy look to the photo and added additional aesthetic to the photo.  We shot this in West Salem, WI, and continued through to La Crosse for the remainder of the wedding day.  This is why I recommend to leave plenty of time to relax and have fun photos between the ceremony and reception.
